Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then:
  • Jog 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes)

  • Jog 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes)

  1. I did tomorrow's workout today cuz I couldn't do another run. I think undid the dead lifts wrong cuz my back hurts!
